Its a complete P&amp;L role to run subscription business for a leading OTT player Key Responsibilities: - Develop the online go-to-market plan, owning the online marketing budget and deciding on the optimum spend allocation across B2B and B2C for better and right acquisition of customers - Work closely with the Marketing Head in running and handling end to end Digital Marketing including Online, Mobile and Social Media Marketing - Work closely with the Data team and drive customer data insights through various marketing channels- Monitor performance of each marketing function and identify and implement opportunities for improvement - Test into new marketing areas to scale them if performance is in line with targets. - Ability to build huge people network/ increase the traffic or fans on social media profile pages. Drive SEO and SEM strategies to drive incoming traffic &amp; leads through the Marketing Teams - Actively develop internal and external relationships to help advance overall company initiatives; including managing of ongoing relationships with key accounts - Support the C.E.O. in overall strategy initiatives - Conduct industry and company analyses, including market research - Pricing, Packaging and Category Management - Driving decision through data Skills/Educational qualification required : - Master's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent Experience - In depth commercial experience in Customer Acquisition, Online marketing and Business Development &amp; Sales
