Roles & Responsibilities:

- Accountable for the P&L of the business unit and its growth and scale

- Build short term and long term strategic and operational plans

- Identify industry trends and opportunities and take business decisions to enable faster growth of the business

- To drive the whole team towards the larger vision, by setting up strong KPIs and incentive structure

- Work closely with the leadership team on future strategies of the overall business and this specific vertical

Eligibility Criteria:

- Should have a total experience of 12-15 years

- Candidate should have worked at P&L management role in a scaled operations

- High on ownership and responsibility

- Should have a Founder mindset

- Should have worked in aggressive target driven culture
