As the business head for the region, you would be responsible to lead the business, build the team and execute on the strategy: to deliver: - Market leadership in the Pune residential market in a 3-4 year period - Meaningful presence in the industrial / logistics space - Focus on design excellence, timely delivery, quality, customer engagement, leading to positive brand image Key Responsibilities : - Contribute to the formulation of company strategy for the region and ensure effective translation of this overall strategic direction from the Board of Directors into actionable plans for the Pune business - Build independent Region based team for the delivery of the business goals. (note: Finance, accounts and audit shall function independently under control of Corporate office) - Identify new opportunities in a growing market through ongoing market research and competitive assessment. - Evaluate relevant inorganic opportunities which can enable the business to scale up faster. - Drive the land/ property acquisition plans and lead new projects from concept to delivery, in conjunction with functional teams. - Act as a key representative and spokesperson for the Group in business and consumer forums, reinforcing our brand as the customer-focused, leading corporate entity that contributes actively towards nation building. - Enable relevant change efforts across the company as a crucial stakeholder. Enable the process of culture re-enforcement and actively establish a professional work environment in alignment to the company's values and principles. Associate best suited for this role: - Proven leadership experience with a minimum experience of 5 years handling a P&L and managing teams independently. - Significant experience in consumer facing business or consulting - Strong conceptual and problem solving skills - Flair for - creating- with an attention to detail and ability to find systemic solutions - High motivation levels with a - can do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset - Strong sense of ethics and desire to work in a values driven environment
