Business Head - Personal Loan

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Will be responsible for the P&L of the Personal Loan division.

2. Should lay down the policies, systems and operating procedures for the vertical.

3. Evaluate and the implement the required software for the same.

4. Should set up and develop the credit, risk and recovery teams. Should develop strong underwriting and risk containing processes.

5. The business model should leverage the infrastructure, resources and customer base of company in an appropriate, viable and economical manner.

6. Train the underwriting team and sales to ensure high quality of credit appraisal.

7. Ensuring the delinquency is maintained at comfortable leading industry levels.
