Business Head: Nutriceutical Division
Job scope:
- To develop plans in alignment to Group strategy and effectively execute ensuring short and long term Key Business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Need to lead the business and to build business strategies to grow the business exponentially.
- To build the nutirceutical division by building and driving strategies, setting up a team for effective implementation
- To achieve profitability objectives by driving budgeted revenue, controllable expenditure, productivity & contributions by regions.
- Achievement of Primary & Secondary Sales for ensuring Top Line & Bottom Line
- Preparing & reviewing budgets for all channels & regular review of P&L
- To develop strategies and tactics for improving sales & distribution efficiency.
- To optimize staff performance through goal setting, coaching & development, including performance reviews and Recruitment, training and development of staff in line with role profiles and core competencies
- To ensure effective application of operating systems, policies and procedures, particularly with a focus on forecasting of products and proactive alignment to customer & sales trends.
- Analyzes and evaluates information that measures the success of the strategies and refines or changes strategies in response to that information
- To achieve business expansion through effective roll out of plans both national and at International locations as per management strategy.
- Ensure marketing and PR activities are planned and periodically reviewed to support sales.
Desired Experience:
- 12 years post qualification. Ideally from OTC or Nutriceutical division.
- A successful track record of managing business with multiple locations, with the results to back this up.
- Strong ability to negotiate with and manage key accounts and partners successfully.
- Understanding of ROI and numbers.
- Someone who has handled Multi functions directly / Managing cross departments.
- Someone who was instrumental in Building a brand successfully in India.
Academic requirements: Must have full time MBA degree from a reputed Institute.
