Company: Well established MNC, a company which has risen to the position of market leader in the Indian plastic lens segment of the Ophthalmic Industry, their products are retailed through a Channel of retailers and Direct.

Academic Requirements :

- Full time MBA - Reputed Tier 1 and Tier 2 schools - ONLY

- Max. Age Limit: 38 years

Industry Experience : FMCG Foods and Beverages / Consumer Durable Industry

Channel Experience : Exposure to Distributor and Direct channels

Geographical exposure :

- Exposure to Either North OR West Region is a Must (both regions will be good)

- Exposure to working in Rural Markets population of 1 Lac towns

- Team handling experience: Already managing a team of ASM's or ASE's

- Travelling: Min. 15 days in a month
