Duties and responsibilities - Manage & Scale up ecommerce business for the brand - Manage the P&L for online business which includes India, Global and Own website - Work with Key Accounts like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Firstcry etc to lead category initiatives - Lead JBP exercise with all large accounts - Create & execute activity calendars with key accounts - Manage all online marketing programs & content presence - Develop, Hire & Manage Business Teams Qualifications & Experience - Strong experience in FMCG sales with special focus in Key Account Management - Must have 18 months plus experience in managing ecommerce accounts in a FMCG Company Or Ecommerce Platform - Experience in personal care categories preferred - Experience in hiring and managing large teams - Self starter who is willing to get their hands dirty - Hungry for disproportionate growth Performance Indicators - Overall Online Revenue - P&L Management for the business including marketing budgets - Managing launches - Demand planning - Team Engagement Ratings
