Reporting to: CEO

Job Location: Gurgaon

Role Description: To own the India P&L – sales and publisher development

Key Deliverables:

- Overall responsibility for sales and revenue for India Audience Business.

- Deliver against assigned sales, receivables and product mix targets. Personally responsible for team building actions.

- Be the face of the organization i.e. execute to the targets and build long relationships to support the company brand.

- Strong support from the head office – technology platform, MIS, administration etc.

Education:

- MBA preferred

Profile:

- 10+ years of overall working experience and 5+ years in online media / digital sales, 4+ of managerial experience

- Excellent verbal + written skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders

- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and other technical information, solve problems, evaluate systems, and create solutions

- Ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task effectively

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
