- Responsible for P&L management of Business.
- Action planning and competitive benchmarking of Business.
- Creating new innovative products comprising of digital inventories, along with on ground event execution of the same.
- To strategize and execute the strategy that will drive business, by closely working with the marketing team.
- To develop & drive the cost module by working collaboratively with the Sales & Technology team.
- To develop content & product strategy for attracting the right TG to the brand by understanding & analyzing the research data and constantly updating themselves with the market trends
- To guide and motivate the team by creating performance driven, learning & participative environment
