Scope of Responsibility: - Office supplies include the IT, Appliances, Stationery & Pantry categories - This role will own P&L responsibility for the combined categories under office supplies - Business management of all categories to drive AOP(Annual operation planning) objectives by identifying & implementing strategic initiatives for each category working closely with Business Head for the Udaan Enterprise Business and Category leads - Putting in place initiatives across people, process and technology initiatives to achieve KRAs across customer, financial and operational metrics - Project manage design, set up and scale-up of the office supplies categories by working closely with supply chain, marketing, tech, and other enabling functions - Develop, own & track AOP on a recurring basis to manage investments and ROI Prior experience desired: Total experience of 12-14 years - Of which at least 8-10 years in E-Commerce and 4-5 years in IT/Mobiles - Good understanding of IT/Mobiles/Stationery E Com - Should have set-up and managed business with P&L management - Strong knowledge of Office Supplies Procurement - Capability to handle a demand & supply team - Understanding of supply chain design for e-commerce Reporting Structure: - Role reports into Business Head - Enterprise Business - Reportees into this role will be category managers dedicated to the category Market allocation: - The role will be responsible for pan-India geographies for the allocated category
