- Focus on acquisition of new customers across India
- Able to network with clients
- Consultative Sales approach and ability to imbibe confidence in clients mind.
- Ability to understand business models/current & medium term goals in business
- Has a keen eye for P&L issues and ability to drive margin expansion and revenue growth.
- Ability to hire for himself/herself & team.
- Develop a revenue funnel and deliver to annual plans in a sustained manner.
- Has a long term outlook to career and someone who appreciates the freedom available by taking complete accountability to business results.
Required Skills / Special Qualifications
14+ years of Sales Experience with at least 4 years in P&L Role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Technically sound knowledge of Non- IT concepts and the latest trends
- Strong Client Connect & Relationships.
- Ability to manage teams & Good People Skills.
- Willingness to Travel across India.
