Key Result Areas :
- Managing the contact centre responsible for lead generation
- Managing a national fulfilment team with city managers
- Responsible for P&L for the business unit
- Expected to give ideas to product team and automation team to increase productivity
Essentials :
- Contact centre/ Call centre experience is essential
- Process Mapping - and automation experience
- Anchored Complex multi- state operations
- Anchored B2B Clients as well as B2C clients
- Role is based in Bangalore - will require in office presence
- 12 years + experience with P&L management at country level essential
