We are building an agri-tech marketplace with the potential to scale more than 1000 Cr business in the first year itself. Its an asset-light, operation less model with high technology involvement.. We are seed-funded backed by top VC. Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Help scaling up business - Building supply &amp; distribution network. - Setting up supply chain for new commodities. - New cluster development - Setting up infrastructure for new commodities and at new locations. Skills required : - First of all, the passion, dedication, resilience and a steel will - Good inter-personal skills - A team player - Good communication skills Work Experience : - Experience in e-commerce, supply-chain or logistics is a must. Some experience in Agri industry will be a plus. - Entrepreneurial experience preferred Education : A sound educational background is required. (Only Tier-1) Compensation : Salary(as per market standard) + ESOPs (0.5-2%)
