The management plans to set up its NBFC arm to tap the plethora of opportunities available for secured lending in addition to investments into stressed assets for turn-around, venture capital funding and other attractive investment opportunities. - The company is under formulation. The NBFC license is applied &amp; expected shortly. Position is based at Delhi. - Management has ambitious growth plans on the anvil for this venture. This is top management cadre position. The position reports to the MD. Expected salary: 40-50 lakhs per annum The KRAs include: - Strategic business planning - Investment across all categories of opportunities viz. Stressed Assets, Secured/Unsecured SME Loans, Last-Mile Funding, Bill Discounting, Venture Funding etc. - Credit research, evaluation &amp; policy formulation - Portfolio management - Data analytics &amp; management Desired Skills and Experience: - 12-15 years in Financial Services/Fintech/NBFC - In-depth knowledge of contemporary NBFC/Fintech landscape - Highly intuitive as well as analytical - Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - High execution centricity
