Overseeing business development operations and accountable for increasing profitability & achieving business objectives within budgeted parameters
- Developing strategy, overseeing team & individual performance and managing daily activities
- Develop local strategy in sync with the global strategy and define business goals into key work streams, KPIs and deliverables.
- Establish product, business development, marketing, and technology roadmaps to deliver against strategy. Execution of go-to-market plan by working cross-functionally and across regions to drive partnership development, program success and KPIs.
- Structured reviews and analysis with internal and external stakeholders. Drive process and operational improvements to ensure success of strategic programs.
- Understanding emerging payment technology and processes and competitive landscapes across the region.
- Understand and assess partnership landscapes and opportunities. Consumer and partnership acquisition, activation and engagement models, implementation of channel strategies.
- Work with functional teams to translate partnership strategy into specific partnership programs, clear roadmaps, and actionable pipeline of opportunities
- Engage with partners, government and regulatory agencies, fintech companies to execute against plans and to refine strategic options and uncover opportunities.
- Drive implementation and coordination of local risk needs with the overall global risk strategy and policies.
- Managing regulatory reporting's and implementation of compliance controls.
