Business Head - National & Global Market - Chemical Industry

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional as Business Head role for our client, a leading MNC in chemical industry division. The successful Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the business unit, including strategy development, operations, sales, marketing, and financial performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the chemical industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial objectives.

- Provide leadership and direction to the business unit, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.

Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the chemical industry division.

- Implement and optimize efficient and effective processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Sales and Business Development:

- Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Drive sales growth through effective strategies and market penetration.

Marketing:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Financial Management:

- Manage the financial performance of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Requirements:

- BTech, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
