Business Head - Media Firm

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead the growth of our India One (Vertical) as a Profit and Loss (P&L) leader. As the Business Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to bring the Top 1% onto our app, taking ownership of the entire business lifecycle from ideation to scaling.

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to establish India One (Vertical) as the go-to platform for the Top 1% in the market.

2. Drive the overall business direction, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

3. Identify and pursue growth opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the presence and offerings of India One (Vertical).

4. Lead the ideation and development of innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of the Top 1%.

5. Take complete ownership of the business lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to implementation and scaling.

6. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the vertical.

7. Implement strategies to attract and onboard the Top 1% onto the app, ensuring a seamless and compelling user experience.

8. Devise retention programs to sustain and grow the user base over time.
