Job Description - An opportunity to lead a business unit in a MNC for premium mechanical tools catering to the automotive after market. The role entails taking responsibility of handling a P&L and a team team of 30 people and a channel network across the country.
Client Details
Our client is a global player which offers product solutions to aviation, power mining, O&G industry and automotive industry. They have had a presence in India for over a decade now and are placed as leaders in their industry in the Indian market. They are looking to aggressively grow and sustain the business they have built in India, for which they are looking for a strong candidate to head a business unit.
Description
The role will report to the Managing Director and the candidate is required to:
- Develop business strategies to penetrate new segments in the market
- Manage a team of 30 people to ensure a healthy P&L
- Drive strategies to grow and develop the channel network
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
Profile
You will be an engineer with a MBA preferably, with 15 years of experience in industrial sales and channel management. You should have handled business of at least 50Cr. and managed a large team in the past. You must be very strategic and aggressive in your approach.
