5. Market intelligence - Strategic inputs to management on the basis of market activities & competitive information

6. Revenue & Expenditure budget for the business & control

7. CRM activities- Plan & implementation

8. Leadership development - Build second level team

9. Skills & capability development - Capability assessment of the team & decision on development areas

10. Operational excellence through systems, processes & documentation

11. Establish review mechanism through MIS

12. Provide information to Manager Marketing to build media plan

Qualification: MBA Must
