Business Head - Manufacturing - Middle East & India - HVAC

One of our clients, a Leading diversified business conglomerete, is looking out for a Business Head for its HVAC Manufacturing business to manage their Middle East ad India Operations.

- The person would be based at Dubai, UAE, responsible for managing the entire P&L for the business for Middle East and India reporting to the Group COO.

- The ideal incumbent should be a BE/ B.Tech - Mechanical Engineer, 40-45 years old, with strong experience in the HVAC industry with a sound understanding of the manufacturing operations business .

- As the focus of the group is towards India operations the individual should be having a very strong understanding and connect with the Indian HVAC market. Extensive Travel would be involved, especially to Indian markets.

- The person would design and implement business strategies for overall operations territory wide and focus on expanding the business to the Indian subcontinent.

- Optimize revenue generation and higher profitability for the share holders.

- Efficiently control operational costs, and introducing tactical initiatives for financial management/ profitability of the organization.
