- Experience in handling Power Electronics will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should have excellent area coverage and ability to get potential clients for the company.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Industries should be from Electronic, Electricals, Switch Gear.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Responsible for the P&L of existing business.
- Expansion of current business & products through innovative strategies
- Identify and develop new business lines for long term revenue growth.
- Develop marketing strategies to build customer preference and drive volumes.
- Assist and jointly work with the CEO in definition of business plans and strategies on a yearly basis.
- Financial modeling and adopting financial ratios to evaluate business proposals
- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share.
- Supporting the MD on analysis of new products and market intelligence
- Conducting research on new products in the market and study on market acceptance etc
- Modify existing products, improve aesthetics, performance parameters in line with competition
- Introduce new products, new lines of business which synergise with Nutecks strengths
- Evaluate proposals for both manufacturing & trading new products
- Factoring all inputs which include international, environmental, social, political dimensions that are important factors in the business plan.
- SWOT of competitors and evaluating Nuteck Products Pvt Ltd's positioning vis a vis theirs
- Utilize the MIS and personal network for generating leads.
- Develop relationships with key players for business development.
- Interface with clients for suggesting most viable offers and cultivate relations for securing repeat business.
- Interact with departmental heads within the organization to collect internal and external business information.
- Build the required sales team to expand market presence and increase customer base.
