Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Head to take full responsibility for the P&L and overall operations of our manufacturing business. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Take ownership of the overall strategy, planning, and business operations to achieve aggressive revenue targets and business expansion goals.

Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, with a focus on driving sales, improving profitability and optimizing operational efficiency.

Business Expansion: Lead the development of long-term business plans to achieve substantial growth targets, including identifying opportunities for new investments and business adjacencies.

Organizational Development: Build and nurture a high-performing team capable of scaling with the business, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Business Improvement: Identify and lead strategic initiatives to drive business improvement, including benchmarking against industry best practices and implementing process enhancements.

Project Management: Drive end-to-end expansion projects and new investments for the factory and business, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones.
