Business Head-Managed Services (ATM)
Responsible for leading the Managed Services business strategically, setting and achieving business targets and managing the overall growth and performance
Key Responsibilities :
STRATEGIC
- Set strategic direction of Managed Services business; establish long and short term goals in consultation with CEO
- Develop implementation and change management plan for adherence to strategic direction in cost management, goal setting, employee relations, customer satisfaction and risk management
- Prepare annual business plans and operational budgets through internal and competitive benchmarking analysis
- Design policies and operating procedures for the Managed Services business
- Develop and deliver business strategy (including Revenues, EBITDA) and build capabilities for the business
- Identify potential joint venture partners / collaboration partners / strategic alliances as required
- Lead the business into new markets, geographies, service lines as per the strategic plan
- Increase the market share and market perception of the Managed Services business
- Lead the business onto envisioned high-growth path and revenue share
- Enhance strategic collaboration across service lines, such as for clients, shared assets /costs etc. in consultation with Country Head - Cash Management and CEO
- Acquire new customers and increase wallet share from existing customers to increase profitability and market reach
- Represent the business with external stakeholders (public forums, customers, investors etc.) to manage and enhance the Writer brand and market positioning; participate in industry forums, conferences and seminars and represent the organization.
- Scan market and implement best and innovative practices for Managed Services business
- Ensure effective audit and risk management across locations to contain risk-based losses and improve customer trust
- Build, develop and retain the manpower aligned to the future requirements
- Ensure focus cascading of organizational objectives into individual objectives and review performance against the same
- Create a culture of ownership, respect, accountability, and understanding of business priorities across the organization
QUALIFICATION :
Graduation - Any specialization
Post Graduation in management
EXPERIENCE :
- 15+ years of experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in leadership role in retail / logistics / cash management etc. equivalent to managing a multiple states, zones
- Knowledge of MSP/CRA industry
- Knowledge of RBI/statutory guidelines
