Urgently Required Business Head For An Leading Group In Retail Industries - Oman

Purpose of the Role :

- Vendor Relationship Management / Drive the Retail strategy as Oman opens up to organized retail / Build on the HNI clientele relationships / Strategies the brand portfolio

Educational Qualification : Post Graduate in Marketing (Preferred)

Age Group : 35-45 years

Experience in Years : 10 years+

Areas of Expertise :

- Luxury Watches Retail

- High End Jewellery Retail

- Other Luxury Retail

Preferred Experience : Luxury Retail experience in the GCC

Other Skills :

- Ability to manage a multicultural team

- Ability to engage with HNIs

- Ability to work closely with the owners / Directors

Key Accountabilities :

- Retail expansion strategy

- Business Portfolio development (Existing Brand relationship management as well as brand expansion)

- P&L responsibility

- Identify opportunities from market segmentation and align medium term strategy accordingly for business expansion
