Business Head for West Logistics Company in Mumbai & Delhi Location

Operating metrics

- Networking & Laisoning with Govt authorities and agencies to continuously grow and competitive performance for West Region-CFS Business

- People Management Lead a team of 130 people in the areas of Commercial, Export, Import, Maintenance & Operations

Collaborating with Business

- Education & Relevant Experience: Post Graduation with 12 plus years- experience . He / She should have handled large teams

Business Understanding: 8 to 10 years- experience in Shipping & Logistics of Fmcg/ Pharma/Fmcd/Mfg / Logistics & Transportation with minimum 2-3 years- experience in a senior managerial role preferable as an independent P&L Head. Significant exposure to offering 3PL solutions would be preferred

Knowledge: Technical knowledge of CFS Business operations, Market understanding, Financial Acumen & understanding of levers.

Skills: commercial Acumen & Service mindset, leading teams as a leader of leaders, influencing skills & Relationship building, Negotiation skills, strong Executions skills with high result orientation
