Looking for someone who have experience into area has been in Solution Selling of Retail and Distribution Solution;
Pre Sales and Post Sales of SAAS based CRM/SFA solution for FMCG, Pharma, Building Materials, Luxury goods & more.
Has managed high-growth business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) SaaS products with a significant number of customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end product.
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
- Interlock tightly with Product Strategy function to build, maintain, and execute a roadmap for our area that supports the overarching platform strategy.
- Own all Product Management aspects from conception onwards and drive it through development, testing, acceptance and adoption to launch.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and solve pain-points that can be addressed through technology.
- Pre-sales: Prospecting, targeting clients, collaborating globally with Delivery and Sales Teams, Pre-sales work (i.e. presentation to clients with industry best practices, RFI/RFP response preparation).
- Team Management: Work with senior team members to build collaborative atmosphere and positive outcomes as per the defined goals.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Has managed high-growth business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) SaaS products with a significant number of customers
- Candidate must have team building and management abilities to enable and empower the team for achieving both collective and individual goals.
- He / She shall be able to achieve better outcomes by approaching conflict with compassion & empathy to build positive team culture
- He / She should be a customer facing personnel with excellent verbal and writing communication skills to qualify and close digital transformation deals;
- Has the knack to work with the customers and industry peers to understand industry trends, current, future requirements to map them with product life cycle.
- Should be able to bring in best in class features into the product to make it best in the industry.
