Description

- Design the Lending product for a well established financial services firm

- Take care of multiple aspects such as Credit, collections, sales while designing the product

- Own the P&L for the product

- Liaising with lenders like Banks, NBFCs and credit bureaus etc and managing the business relationship

- Responsible for the new initiatives, strategic alliances & partnerships pertaining to lending vertical

Profile

- 8-10 years of lending expeience in Bank/NBFC/Fintech

- Minimum 3 years of Product experience

- In depth understanding of Credit as well as operations

- Ability to lead a large team
