Business Head - Knit/Woven Garments

Position - Business Head (Sourcing): ( Knit garments /woven garments)

If the candidate is handling only woven garments business: Bangalore

Key responsibility:

To build and grow apparel sourcing business for Indian brands and retailers, OR for Global customers, execute the business through outsourced vendor model and run the business as Profit Centre Head under Design to Delivery model. He will be located at Bangalore or Tirupur. He will build his own team and vendor network and achieve the mutually agreed business targets ( sales, expenses and profits) for the FY .

Job description and Key responsibilities of the Business Head:

- Acquire new customers and get orders through his own contacts

- Prepare the plan for each of the customer and execute the sourcing service (product development to delivery)flawlessly through his own vendor network. He should not rely on existing vendor network of the company.

- Conclude with CEO the Month wise targets for order booking volume, sales, expenditure and profit from each of the customer for each financial year and achieve the mutually concluded targets consistently.

- To bring his own network of garment vendors and supply chain partners from India and abroad. Should be capable of global sourcing.

- To set up a lean, smart and self-motivated team under him to execute the sourcing business. He has to build his own team and will not be given any employee from the existing team of the company.

- Run the division as a separate profit center head.
