Roles & Responsibilities:
- Building, Managing & developing Retail Agri Portfolio directly and through tie-ups with products such as - KCC & Equipment loans.
- Ensuring overall revenue, cost, profitability and portfolio quality targets are met.
- Managing the collections to drive down the net credit loss and delinquency metrics.
- Managing Recovery with the support of legal team.
- Leading a team by providing strategic inputs and plans for distribution, penetration in current markets and for future geographic expansion.
- Collaborating with the Product team for offering better products and solutions.
- Keep a constant update on competition, development in Agri field and update product team / policy team along with feedback to support designing suitable products specific to market to keep the organizations offering competitive within guidelines.
- Oversee distribution channel success through RM training, enablement, integration of alliance channels, improved TAT, focused intervention on low productivity locations etc.
- Monitoring on RM productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates while making necessary improvements.
- Adoption of internal compliances & regulatory framework across the teams.
- Driving the team to take up high degree servicing norms to ensure absolute customer delight/retention.
- Liaisoning with institutions like NABARD, NHB, NHM, Agri departments of government for business development, brand building and resolution of issues if any.
- To keep update on events in the operating geography which may affect the portfolio for ensuring preventive measures.
- Managed other verticals in Agri - Warehouse receipt financing, Rural Vehicle finance
