Business Head - IT Outsourcing

You will be a critical member of a one man army team working on our new IT outsourcing business, but one where you wi ll have influence over our whole business from scratch till streamlining the entire business.

The job involves the following responsibilities:

- Develop IT outsourcing business from scratch

- Generating contracts, business and revenue from SME & Corporate customers by selling the IT outsourcing services to prospective customers in GCC.

- Develop business plan, implementation, SLAs, Operations Manual and Process adherence guidelines

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and have the chance to contribute innovative and original ideas to our technology and product

- Work with the technical team to understand end-user requirements and use cases, then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution

- Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results within a schedule

You also meet the following requirements:

- 8-10 years of recent hands-on IT outsourcing business development

- Bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree in a related field,

- A track record of achieving aggressive and challenging targets - you- re a flawless executor and know how to build a new business from scratch

- Evidence of being self-motivated and driven - you find satisfaction in a job well done and want to solve hard problems

- Solid IT outsourcing business knowledge - you should know how to acquire clients within the shortest possible time.
