- Responsible for Incremental growth, Market share & Revenue generation - Should have built and managed a team of 100+ members and be able to handle sales across India - Envisage and design different sales channels for maximizing market penetration - Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations - Review and analyze the marketing efforts and make necessary changes in the future plans - Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base - Supervise all the channel managers, communicate goals and targets and help them to achieve their goals - Implement the marketing plan, selecting the best possible media source while optimizing the cost within the budget - Ensure that employees have the knowledge and information along with the appropriate sales tools to achieve results - Build and maintain a strong and long-lasting relationship at CXO level in large enterprises - Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives - Prepare and present annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans with strategies. - Constantly work on promotion mix and negotiate with management the budget for the same. Preferred Qualification : - Master degree in Marketing from Premier MBA / Institution is a must - Candidates from Hard-core sales and experience in managing larger portfolios and Revenue target should apply - An established and innovative marketing leader with a broad, challenging and accomplished sales background - A strategic thinker with strong tactical and Analytical acumen to drive results
