Roles & Responsibilities:
You will own the P&L for multi-international markets in order to build an end-to-end strategy, insighting to promote business growth, and strong partnerships with the stakeholders, partners, and team. Strategize and plan the business activities in order to meet the vision and goals.
- Identify international markets for potential business and setting up local and central teams
- Develop and implement strategies for market entry and expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with key international partners and stakeholders
- Oversee the operational aspects of international business, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Manage logistics, supply chain, and distribution channels for effective operations in international markets.
- Monitor and manage the profitability of international business units
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure the achievement of desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Create the strategy plan for sales and market share growth and profitability
Requirement:
- 9-14 years of post-MBA experience from top-tier institutes (IIMs or International business schools)
- Entrepreneurial Mindset - Ability to think Top-Down and Bottom-up
- Well versed with nuances of developing business in international territories.
- Open to travel
- Comfort with ambiguity - ability to take ownership and solve new challenges every day
