Do you have a passion for travel and experience delivering exceptional results in the B2C industry-
Your responsibilities will be to
Build a comprehensive strategy to establish our B2C product and meet annual B2C P&L goals
Develop tactical promotions with our marketing team to acquire/upsell/retain customers and constantly seek to reduce costs per transaction
Develop suppliers relationships with our operations team to negotiate partner deals and constantly seek to increase our revenue yield
Develop a content strategy with our marketing team to enrich our online customer experience
Manage our B2C price positioning to ensure competitiveness on at least 80% searches and constantly seek to increase our revenue yield
Champion our B2C customer values and ensure premium end-to-end service at all times
Analyze, optimize and report B2C customer behavior/patterns, promotion effectiveness, ROI and other KPIs of all B2C business activities
Provide strategic insights into the B2C market and explore new suppliers/partners/affiliates
Travel to, and represent us at trade events outside the city/country when necessary
You'll need to have:
- A specialization in business or technology, preferably with an MBA
- 5-10 years of B2C/Consumer experience in travel industry
- Excellent English communication, planning, negotiation and analytical skills
