Head of International Banking

PREREQUISITES:

1 "Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance from a recognized university

OR an alternative qualification from a recognized university in a field of study relevant to the scope of work, acceptable to the Bank."

2 A minimum of 12 years overall experience within international banking/offshore sector, with a proven track record in sales, account management and relationship management.

SKILLS:

1 Established leader with solid experience in managing people.

2 Solid understanding of the business and market dynamics, key challenges and competitive landscape of International Banking.

3 Proven sales marketing capability to develop and maintain trusted client relationships as evidenced by winning new business and closing transactions.

4 Strong ties to global community and familiarity with key trade flows

5 Effective executive management skills with proven ability to develop viable strategies as well as taking pragmatic steps to execute such strategies to grow the business with this international client set.
