Business Head - Insurance Business - Digital Payments Startup

Hiring a National Head with 12-15 years of work exposure to lead the team for Insurance. The successful applicant will be responsible for augmenting the insurance business. We seek a professional with proven growth record, business planning acumen, ability to motivate, experience of leading product innovation, experience in cross-sell initiatives, with an achievers attitude.

Location : Gurgaon

Technology:

- Set up distribution network through automation and digital marketing

- Lead tech-enabled best in class productivity, quality and cost optimization

Business:

- Own and drive the revenue and P&L

- Ideate and implement go to market strategy for distribution network

Data analytics:

- Make data backed business decisions

- Predict, control, reduce business risks using data

Ideal Candidate :

- 12 to 15 years of experience in upsell or cross sell within Life, General or Health Insurance

- Currently managing a team

- Should come with a strong experience in managing distributors

- Could be from Tier1/2 B Schools
