We are looking for dynamic leader from BFSI/BPO, having strong business acumen &amp; over 15 YOE in Strategic Planning &amp; Execution, Sales &amp; Operations, Acquisition/Hunting in Insurance domain, P&amp;L Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Continuous Improvement &amp; team management etc. Preferred talent would be from large BPO industry with over 5 years- experience on leadership level in INSURANCE DOMAIN. Summary of Positions- - P&amp;L responsibility - Growing and managing business across Insurance Business. - Establish and develop growth strategies to maximize profitability - Expertise across global sourcing - strategic intent/ planning, target operating model creation, location and center strategy, solutions design, transition, operations &amp; reporting, stakeholder management &amp; governance, and P&amp;L. - Adherence to Project Plan - People, Process, Systems with strong focus on Project Costs/Timelines. - Strengthen &amp; leverage client relationships to maximize bottom-line results. - To drive revenue growth in International market: Hunting/Acquisition of new clients, Increase bouquet of products / services currently being offered to an existing client. - Develop and own the business strategy, along with sales forecast and revenue projection. - Identify client's business requirements and challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customized business solutions. Negotiate with internal stake holders and client's senior management to maximize opportunities.
