This person would be responsible for a business vertical of around 150 crores
15-20 years experience in Industrial Sales(B2B)
This opportunity is with a renowned Business group having a turnover of about 700 crores
Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- New business development
- Prepare the Business Plan and projected P&L
- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
- Identify needs and drivers within the identified segment and formulate appropriate new product development strategies
- Suggests the most appropriate business model with short and long term business forecasts
Operational:
- Responsible for achieving sales target
- Developing relevant business proposals
- Handling meeting with key clients
- Coordinate with different departments like R&D, Planning, Packaging, Legal etc.
- Build appropriate executive team
- Interact with employees of cross functional departments on a regular basis
Professional Qualities:
- Sharp ability to understand business requirements and economic environments
- Should be a strategic business thinker with impeccable execution capabilities and people skills
- Should have high level of interpersonal skills for cross functional coordination
Experience:
- Graduates with an MBA from a management institute with specialisation in Sales & Marketing
