- Be responsible for top line for the defined line of business

- Drive sales growth through multiple channels

- Identify business opportunities in new sectors and develop them

- Continuously work on improving the go-to-market strategy

- Work with other peers of other product lines within and outside India to maximize opportunities of cross sell

- Lead a high performing sales team by example

- Should have had hands on sales experience in selling industrial automation products /solutions

- Should have managed sales team at a pan India level

- Engineering background with 20+ years sales experience in India in the same field
