Business Head - Housing Finance - NBFC

Zone Head for Karnataka-South, 8-14 years of total experience in NBFC and currently should be managing entire or atleast 7 - 8 key regions of Karanataka including Bangalore City.

Key Responsibilities:

- Driving the strategic direction as well as business delivery for Home Loans business

- Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual business performance - topline (revenues), bottom line (costs and margins) and customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for the entire Lead to Disbursement funnel and operational efficiency

- Innovate at fast pace to test various hypothesis and implement workable hypothesis at scale

- Build a solid performance led culture within the Ops team with focus on delivering transactions

- Hire & Manage a large Sales Operations process with over 500 people

- Innovate at fast pace to test various hypothesis and implement workable hypothesis at scale

Skillsets/ Qualification Required :

- Min 12 years of exp.

- Should have good years of experience in driving and managing P&L responsibility

- Should have managed & scaled large businesses.
