Business Head - Hospitality

Job Description :

- Responsible for establishing and executing major goals and objectives

- Works closely with CEO on day to day operational matters.

- Ability to build teams from scratch. Should be a good people manager.

- Drive employee engagement within the team and keep the team members motivated.

- Lead and develop the 2nd line managers.

- Participates in the inception and development of new services and products time to time.

- Co-ordinates major activities through sub-ordinates and appraises assigned personnel.

- Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of all operations.

- Directs and oversees short run and long run strategic planning. Sets overall objectives for all areas of the organisation, with CEO's inputs.

- Responsible for development of India/ International Business Generation strategy

- Responsible for day to day service delivery of his team.

- Optimize productivity and drive accuracy and knowledge improvements.

- Support the Performance Management process by ensuring Goal setting exercise.

- Responsible for customer satisfaction by meeting / exceeding all service levels.
