Business Head- Home Loan

Job Purpose:

The person will have overall P&L responsibility for the business and is expected to build a scalable profitable business .Overall the team size would swell to ~500 odd people at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Driving the strategic direction as well as business delivery for Home Loans business

- Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual business performance - topline (revenues), bottom line (costs and margins) and customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for the entire Lead to Disbursement funnel and operational efficiency

- Innovate at fast pace to test various hypothesis and implement workable hypothesis at scale

- Build a solid performance led culture within the Ops team with focus on delivering transactions

- Hire & Manage a large Sales Operations process with over 500 people

- Innovate at fast pace to test various hypothesis and implement workable hypothesis at scale

Skillsets/ Qualification Required :

- Min 14 years of exp. Should have min. 4 years experience in leadership

- Should have good years of experience in driving and managing P&L responsibility

- Should have managed & scaled large businesses

- Should have managed a large team of 400+ people in either sales or ops
