Business Head - Healthcare Vertical - Online B2B Startup - IIT/IIM/ISB

We are looking for a Business Head - Healthcare Vertical for one of the New B2B startup in Online space. Already funded by one of the known VC (Seed Funding - $10 Million)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 4-6 Yrs (Post Qualification)

Compensation: 25-30 L (Fixed) + ESOPs (Equity in the company)

Educational Qualification (Mandatory) : B.Tech from IIT and MBA from Tier -1 College (IIM/ISB)

Job Description:

- Managing the P&L of Healthcare Vertical. Revenue expectations from healthcare vertical (-1000Crs).

- Vendor Management and Networking.

- Driving all purchase negotiations to save cost and ensuring compliance with policies and set quality standards.

- Streamline the process and come up with the Out of Box thinking.

- Team building and management at Pan India level.

Compensation: Best in the industry

Requirements: The candidate should be an aggressive team player with strong networking and vendor management skills. Would be required to build up a team at a Pan India level. Effective communication skills mandatory.
