Job Title: Business Head - Health Care vertical in Aravon (Quesscorp Company)

Location: Mumbai

Job description :

The job would be responsible for P/L for the concerned Health Care business in Facility Management.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

- Educate prospective customers on the merits of Aravon Facility Management services wide range of services, skills and expertise

- Develop account presence with senior client personnel.

- Develop proposals and presentations & Negotiate Deals

- Work with Vertical Head in arriving domain based solutions & offerings

- Once the deal is signed, work closely with the delivery manager to ensure client satisfaction

- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships

- Technically sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends

- Strong Client Connect & Relationships.

- Ability to Manage teams & Good People Skills.

- Willingness to Travel across India.

Business Interactions :

Interaction Purpose :

- COO - Aravon Direct Reporting

- CFO- Aravon Deal Requirements, Pricing etc

- Delivery Head Fulfillment during Build Operate Transfer phase

- Sales Teams Reportees

- HR team-Internal Motivational programs/Hiring internal resources/Training

Job Requirements :

- 15+ years of Sales Experience / operations with at least 2 years in Leadership Position

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships

- Technically sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends

- Strong Client Connect & Relationships.

- Ability to manage teams & Good People Skills.

- Willingness to Travel across India.

- Should have worked in Health care vertical in the Facility Management Company .
