Please find brief on the role for a leading MNC NBFC for Delhi/Mumbai Location:
Roll out and manage partner/vendor programs and relations.
Act as the first point of contact for partners/vendors and ensure optimal alignment within GBU and between GBU and countries concerning the partner/vendor programs on a global/ regional level, in line with program agreements and compliant with policies, in order to optimize program volume, -P&L, -penetration and partner/vendor satisfaction

1. Program Management Plan & Policies
Contribute to the formulation of policies, objectives, annual plan and budget for Program Management, in line with the GBU strategy and Group functional policies.
Optimal and approved Program Management policies, objectives, annual plan and budget.
2. Policy Implementation
Implement Program Management (annual) plan, policies, processes and procedures, based on policies of the department and within the Program Management strategy and plan.
Optimal balance between realization of (commercial) goals and program management expenses/activities.
3. Program Plan
Formulate partner/vendor program requirements, negotiate program contract, determine budget and required resources and select suppliers.
Development of program plan.
4. Program Implementation
Implement, monitor and realize partner/vendor program plan, liaise with all relevant functions and stakeholders, provide support, information and training where necessary, within the framework of the signed program agreement.
Realization of program objectives and deliverables within boundaries of budget, planning and quality criteria.
5. Program Evaluation
Evaluate realized partner/vendor programs, identify and analyse lessons learned and archive program documents.
Insight in program performance.
6. Program Development & Improvement
Monitor program performance and continuously improve value proposition, efficiency and productivity during program life cycle.
Optimal program performance and service delivery to vendors, dealers and partners.
7. Program Sales
Plan, agree on, communicate sales targets per country, and deliver support on program sales activities.
Contribution to country sales efforts and program sales.
8. Stakeholder Management
Build, maintain and influence a network of in- and external stakeholders/partners and represent department, GBU and to external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, dealers and partners), in line with business needs, policies and external developments.
Contribution of stakeholder network to department objectives and interests.
9. Management Information
Monitor and analyze the performance (of programs) on KPI- s, provide regular insights regarding developments in the market to VP Sales & Program Management and other relevant stakeholders, based on (internal) reporting guidelines.
(Timely) decision-making and adjustment of strategy by VP Sales
