- Heading the Gold loan Business for Pan India. Branch expansion and business setup including revision of policy and processes. Responsible for P&L.

- Strategize location specific business development strategies; conduct marketing campaigns and lead generation activities; improve brand visibility in the Zone.

- Monitor branch performance through visits; submit performance reports to state heads; follow up for observations.

- Analyze competitor products; formulate product composition strategies; increase customer base and maximize revenue.

- Ensure timely interest collection; recovery of over dues and asset quality in regions.

- Deliver maximum operational efficiency by strict adherence to systems and procedures; rectify audit observations.

- Follow up for court cases while complying to regulatory and statutory norms.

- Organize employee engagement activities; ensure staff attrition is minimized.
