Overview:-
As the Business Head/GM -Hotels & Restaurants, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and management within the organization. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Strategic Planning:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the hotel business.
2. Operations Management:- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
3. Revenue Management:- Develop pricing strategies, monitor market trends, and implement revenue management techniques to maximize revenue and profitability.
4. Sales and Marketing:- Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to attract guests, increase occupancy rates, and enhance brand visibility.
5. Financial Management:- Manage the hotel budget, forecast financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial objectives.
6. Staff Management:- Recruit, train, and motivate hotel staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets.
7. Quality Assurance:- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and brand guidelines to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
9. Market Research:- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and commercial business acumen.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the hospitality sector.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
