Business Head - India | Global Rewards Organisation


Job Description:


- Working remotely with their global teams from your home office in India, you will lead major rewards and loyalty initiatives with their bank, credit card, and fintech clients.


- You will play a pivotal role in leading and growing their business operations in India by collaborating with their project managers, product managers, and a world-class engineering team to ensure that their technology solutions are optimally tailored to the client's needs.

Client Details:

- Our client is a global rewards infrastructure organisation for leading financial services institutions across the world.

- Their clients include the world's largest banks, top-tier card issuers, and fintechs who utilise their rewards infrastructure to power their rewards programs.


Description:


- Lead and grow the India business operations.

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all India clients.


- Form strong relationships through overall leadership, development, and management with clients to establish trust.


- Engage with existing clients closely to identify revenue growth opportunities through soft up-selling and cross-selling.


- Leverage both industry and internal product knowledge to provide consultative advice to clients on how they can maximise their utilisation of the organisation's technologies.


- Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients.


- Drive quarterly reviews and develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement.


- Build and mentor the team to deliver on organisation and client goals.


- Lead client negotiations and develop terms sheets and contracts.


Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in Business Development / Account Management with Financial Services institutions (primarily Banks, FinTechs) within loyalty ecosystem / marketing within a bank / credit card / loyalty company in India.

- Excellent external and internal communication skills, including presentation to senior management and C-level executives.


- Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate through a fast paced environment.


- People management - experience in building and managing a strong team.


- Commercial, marketing, technical, and analytical acumen.


- Travel is required at least once a month.
