Job Summary:

- The position is of Business Head and is responsible for running the business profitably as per budgets finalised for Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Pipes Division.

ESSENTIAL & DESIRABLE SKILL SETS

Essential Skill Sets :

- Sound knowledge of manufacturing process, Production Planning & Costing, maintenance, quality standards, purchase and stores, P&A function is essential.

- Working knowledge of Accounts/Finance and IT is desirable.

- Strong exposure to commercial function including Marketing.

- As a Business Head, should be conversant with relevant statutory compliances, dealing with Statutory and semi statutory authorities is important.

- Institutional Sales.

- Team Building.

- Effective Negotiations skills.

- Leadership Skills.

- Good at interaction - across the levels and functions of employees, customers/ business associates/ vendors/ contractors etc.

Desirable Skill Sets :

- Knowledge of Marathi, and some back ground of working in Maharashtra would be advantages.

Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering, PGDM/ MBA-Marketing.
