Responsibility:
Position holds responsibility for growing company's TEA (packet tea) sales across India by
- Recruiting, motivating, monitoring, training (and where needed) replacing company's sales teams
- Identifying market opportunities, both from an availability as well as product and pack size perspectives
- Creating and executing plans to expand distribution
- Monitoring and reducing sales and distribution costs
- Implementation of sales systems and processes, including sales force and distributor automation
- Market mapping, distribution infrastructure development for expansion in to new territories
- Need to Responsible for East, North East and North India.
- Quarterly Sales plan delivery with agreed input
- Sales and trade expenses budgeting
- Achievement of collection targets, and migration to an advanced payment system
Candidate Profile
- Experience 10 -15 Years
- Qualifications - Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
- Experience of handling large teams across geographies; specific experience to managing and working in multiple States across the geography.
- Must have worked in field sales roles in Northern , Eastern India & North East India.
- Preferably with experience in growing a tea business; ideal candidate would have a combination of tea and FMCG experience.
Channel - Must have experience in Distribution Management.
