South Business Head - General Staffing - Bangalore/ Chennai

- Should Have 15+ years of experience in managing Sales/Delivery /Recruitment Operations of a mid to large Staffing company In addition to Business Development & Service Delivery management.

- It will be P&L head for all lines of business in General staffing

- From General Staffing industry only

- It reports to Country head General Staffing @ Hyderabad

- Currently the candidate should be Minimum state head for 1 of the south states including Karnataka / TN

- Would be responsible for Operations & Delivery + NIL sales target

- The candidate would be responsible only for Sales

- Work closely with customers to increase headcount and sales.

- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance and Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)

- Develop: and implement strategic plans for the assigned zone to achieve sales targets, market expansion, and profitability objectives. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and convincingly to diverse audiences.
